This website is operated by Bob's Sun Balm. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bob's Sun Balm. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 – PRODUCTS
All products sold by Bob's Sun Balm are small-batch, natural skincare products intended for cosmetic use only. Our products — including Bob's Sun Balm and Bob's Face Balm — are not drugs, sunscreens, or FDA-regulated drug products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
SECTION 2 – PRICING & PAYMENT
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be received prior to shipment.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@bobssunbalm.com. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING
We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
SECTION 5 – INGREDIENT DISCLOSURE
Our products contain natural ingredients including grass-fed tallow, non-nano zinc oxide, mango butter, beeswax, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, Lavender and frankincense essential oil. If you have known allergies to any of these ingredients, please do not use our products. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bob's Sun Balm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
